This website is owned by the Asociación Cultural Club Libertad Europa, a non-profit cultural association based in Milan, Italy, represented by its President, Edith Rodriguez. Contact: info@clublibertadeuropa.eu.
Purpose
The site provides information about the Club’s activities and, in particular, the European Marinera Contest, its rules, programme, venues, results and associated events. It also allows couples to register, guests to book places for the Fiesta del Perol and anyone to contact the organisation.
Terms of use
Access to the site is free of charge. Users undertake to use the site and its forms lawfully, to provide truthful information and not to submit unlawful, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights. Registration for the contest implies full acceptance of the rules published on this site; in the event of discrepancies between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, Club crest, photographs and videos published are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Contest photographs may be the work of collaborating photographers, whose credits appear next to the images where applicable. Reproduction of press kit materials is authorised for informational purposes with attribution. Any other use requires the Club’s written permission.
“Club Libertad” and its crest are marks associated with Club Libertad de Trujillo (Peru); Club Libertad Europa uses them in its capacity as European chapter.

The site contains links to social networks, maps, WhatsApp and third-party pages. The Club is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.
Liability
The Club works to keep the information published accurate and up to date, especially dates, times and venues, but changes may occur for organisational reasons. Changes will be announced on this site and on the official social media channels.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Italian law and applicable European Union legislation. The courts of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless consumer legislation provides for a different forum.
