Data of minors is collected only in the context of contest registration and always through the parent or legal guardian, who acts as the person responsible for the registration.
Recipients
- Club Libertad de Trujillo (Peru): communication of the couples qualified for the World Marinera Contest, as provided in the rules. This international transfer is based on the performance of the participation relationship (art. 49.1.b GDPR).
- Technology providers acting as processors: Supabase Inc. (database and encrypted storage of registrations and their documents, servers in the European Union), Vercel Inc. (hosting and statistics), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (anti-spam verification), GitHub (storage of the site’s editorial content, with no user data). All provide adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@clublibertadeuropa.eu. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Contact, newsletter and sponsorship messages are transmitted by encrypted email to the Club’s mailbox. Contest registrations and their documents are stored in a database and a private storage bucket on Supabase, with access restricted to the Club’s authorised administrators through authentication and temporary download links.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
